What is the Academy?
The Academy is where UAF's Recruits train and learn about the clan.
What does the staff do for me?
The staff members take Recruits under their wings and teach them as much as they can. They answer any questions the Recruit may have. In addition, staff members evaluate each Recruit and determine when he is ready to graduate from the Academy and move up into the full ranks of UAF.
What do I need to graduate?
In order to graduate the Academy, a Recruit must:
- Play 12 rounds with other a variety of other UAF members.
- Post 12 times on the forums.
- Be in the Academy for at least 4 days.
- Demonstrate teamwork ability and communication skills in-game.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the UAF Code of Conduct.
- Pass a written exam covering the topics of UAF regulations and expectations as well as general clan knowledge.

How do I become an Academy Staff member?
After you graduate the Academy, you can apply in the "Department Applications" Forum to become an Academy Staff member. If you have the right qualites the Commanding Officer of Academy Command may accept you.
