United Armed Forces has a Diplomacy Department, to conduct and control the external affairs of UAF.
UAF shall support 3 different Statuses:
We will aid this clan in time of war and in hardships and expect the same in return. This is a status that is thought over well before we make one. We do not just jump right on into an Alliance.
When two clans are interested in becoming an alliance, the time during the alliance talks we are Netural. We are to not harm this clan in anyway as we want of course for the alliance to go through. UAF should be respectful in any way and we should expect the same in return.
When UAF has exhausted all forms of peace and we still can not live in harmony we can declare war upon the opposing clan. UAF however is a peaceful clan and would not like it to get to war. War is a last resort. Whether is be for moral or personal reasons UAF will go to war if need be. We are not a push-over clan and a force to be reckoned with.
1: Diplomatic Talks of an alliance Start with a clan, causing a netural status.
2: Once both clans express intrest in an Alliance the CO of diplomacy picks up the talks and makes sure the clans moral and persoanl goals and views are the same. Ex. Doesn't cuss, is good natured etc.
3: If both clans are still intrested in an alliance the diplomacy CO and the Clan Officer from the other clan sign the contract and we are now in full alliance with each other.
Another thing Diplomacy is in charge of is the Defcon Meter. They Set what level it is at and when. This is a very important job.
The Defcon Meter is a set of 5 numbers going in order 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1. They show our state of alert. Here is what each represents.
5- Everything is Peaceful, No need to worry about anything.
4- A little more alert, still nothing to worry about just open your eyes.
3- Something is up, we may not know what yet but something is definately up.
2- A high state of alert, we may be under some sort of attack or just gotten assulted. Check forums for more information
1- We are in a state of full out War. Prepare your selves.
If you think you would like to merge in UAF please contact the High Command and a vote and decision will be made ASAP. All merges which force UAF to change any of its names/ranks/laws/statues/or give the others any certain privileges over normal UAF members will not be accepted, or even voted on.
