What are Promotions?
A Promotion is when you get advanced in ranks.
How do I Get Promoted?
Your squad leader promotes anyone in their respective squad once a month. Everyone in their squad who they feel needs to be promoted off of these guidelines.
1. Forum activity - UAF will accept no less than 3 post count per day.
2. In-game activity - *No less than 1 hours a week is acceptable unless you requested leave (*subject to change)
3. Recruiting - Bringing new people into the clan.
4. Squad Wars - Scores and fights you have taken part in
5. Weekly Reports - This is an easy way CO's can tell if you have been active in-game from a week to week basis. There are other ways to review your activity, but this is MANDATORY. Screenshots are preferred but not required. Make sure you post a report each week or you will be passed over for promotion.
6. Following Orders
7. Respecting Rank and Using proper Chain of Command Etiquette/Protocol
8. Respecting lower ranking officers
9. Following the UAF and Battlefield 2142 Rules - We know what servers you visit, so don't even think about it going to a stat-padder.
10. Helping others
11. Resolving issues within the clan within your jurisdiction
12. Leadership - Showing good leadership skills and being a humble but strong leader
13. Participating in clan events or making up clan events
14. Participating in Clan Wars between other clans
15. Showing loyalty to UAF and its leaders
When are Promotions?
Promotions are the first of every month.
