Gaming Division Squads and Squad Leaders
Squads are the base group for members of UAF. They vary from size depending on the division but should be no larger than 12 members. Squad leaders manage the squads of UAF. A squad leader is appointed and dismissed by the General of the Army. They initially hold the rank of 2nd lieutenant and can be promoted up to captain. They have an XO to help them out with running the squad. The XO initially holds a rank of sergeant and can be promoted up to gunnery sergeant. The chief role of a Squad Leader is to ensure the morale, activity, and order of their squad. Specific tasks are as follows:
-> Promoting, training and potentially dismissing a squad XO.
-> Ensuring the attendance of squad members at required events.
-> Reporting on the activity of their squad members on a weekly basis to their Platoon Commander.
-> Recommending monthly promotions and awards for their squad members to their Platoon Commander.
